When necessary, I may share your personal data with third parties, including providers of other veterinary services such as second opinion or referral clinicians, laboratories, insurance companies, debt recovery firms and where necessary, my professional indemnity insurers or the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. I will ensure that safeguards are implemented to ensure the protection of your personal data when disclosing your personal data to a third party. In some cases, I may need to transfer your personal data to parties that are located in countries outside the United Kingdom (UK) that may offer a lower level of data protection than in the UK. In such a case, I will ensure that adequate measures are taken to protect your personal data in accordance with any applicable data protection legislation and that the minimum and least sensitive details will be shared. Your personal data shall not be rented, nor sold to third parties without your prior and explicit consent.

Your personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary. I will normally keep your personal data for the duration of the business relationship that I have with you and for a period of 7 years after the end of my services to you. You can request in writing to have your personal data deleted at any time and I will do this within 30 days.
